Training Course on Contraception and Family Planning

Developed by USAID’s MOMENTUM Country and Global Leadership, this virtual course contains information on female anatomy, menstruation, ovulation, and fertilization and what is important to know in offering family planning counseling and services. The course also guides providers to consider the needs of particular sub-populations of clients, such as those experiencing reproductive coercion or whose family planning needs may be overlooked because they are either pregnant or recently gave birth. It is recommended for health care providers, health care workers, and those who provide counseling and services related to family planning.
